Minimum order
You will see the minimum order in each section pricelist. The unreachable orders are subject to add a USD100 handling charge per each order. You also can mix the different products to reach our value limit.
Sample order
We accept your trial order. Samples are sold at retail price plus freight charge. We will refund up to 100USD when you place order above minimum value.
Payment term
Our payment term is 40% deposit and 60% before delivery. We accept L/C, T/T and any Credit card. For sample order, we prefer full payment.

Bamboo products 4-9 weeks
Benjarong products 6-12 weeks
Celadon products 6-12 weeks
Lacquerware products 10-14 weeks
Rattan products 4-9 weeks
Silk products 1-5 weeks
Freight
We can assist you to find the transport provider both air and sea channels.
Quality inspection
All our products are inspected between and after production.
Refund
In case you would like to claim for any items, please notify us within 7 days after receive the goods. Please indicate the item code, size, quantity and other specific details. It would be great if you send us the photo of that products and the reason. For some order, we also require to see the claim product in your warehouse.
